As a Level 4 Specialist in Diabetes and Weight Management, I design practical, evidence-based programmes for adults in their 40s, 50s and beyond — focused on improving blood-sugar control, building strength, and supporting sustainable weight management.

Alongside my coaching work, I volunteer with the Solent Diabetes Support Group, offering my expertise and learning directly from people living with diabetes — insight that continually shapes my approach

Pricing & Packages

All specialist coaching is £30 per hour — simple, transparent, and fully personalised.
Block bookings are available for long-term coaching and progress tracking.

You’ll receive the same level of support between sessions as during them — because real change happens in everyday life, not just in the gym.
