Small Group Classes

My outdoor small group classes offer the best of both worlds: the energy of training with others and the personal attention that ensures you're always working at the right level for you. Every session is held outside, rain or shine, because the fresh air and open space provide an energy you just can't get indoors.

Whether you're looking to build midlife strength, improve your fitness, or simply rediscover movement, you'll find a welcoming community. I believe encouragement and camaraderie are just as important as the workout itself.

What to Expect

Sessions are small enough for personal coaching, but big enough to give you the shared challenge that pushes you to do more.

Expect a mix of functional strength training, kettlebells, conditioning circuits, and mobility work — all adaptable to your ability and needs.

The group spirit is real: people turn up for the workout, but stay because of the friendships, support, and shared sense of achievement. Whatever the weather, you’ll leave each class feeling energised, accomplished, and glad you showed up.

Benefits of Small Group Classes

  • Boost Your Energy Outdoors: My sessions are held in the fresh air to energise your body and mind in a way indoor gyms can't.

  • Find Your Community: Stay motivated and accountable with a supportive community of people on the same fitness journey as you.

  • Personalised Coaching: Get the individual attention and technique checks you need, ensuring every workout is safe and effective.

  • Fun and Dynamic Workouts: With no two classes ever the same, you'll stay engaged and challenged.

  • Build Lasting Confidence: Watch your progress grow week by week and feel the difference in your daily life.
